We have added the preventive maintenance compliance reports for the ease of monitoring maintenance operations. Some of the activity are not based on tags and we have added the daily log report for locking such activity.
We have a daily maintenance report which shows the breakdown maintenance, work order completed on the preventive maintenance, daily log activity recorded and also adds the work order planned for the next day.
The asset life cycle helps in the capture of information from the time of inception to the scrapping of the asset. Spares changed and delays in the preventive maintenance are also captured in the maintenance activities as it helps in the effective maintenance of the machines.
